ARYAMAN
AWASTHI
I build full-stack applications and the AI systems that make them intelligent. Java & Spring Boot on the back end, Angular & React on the front, and RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent workflows in between — currently building all three at TCS.
From circuits to transformers
I started in electrical and electronics engineering at VIT Vellore and kept gravitating toward the software side — the part where an idea becomes something people actually use. Today I work as a full-stack developer, comfortable moving between a Spring Boot service, an Angular interface, and the model layer that sits behind both.
At TCS I build AI-powered enterprise tooling: retrieval-augmented generation over real business data, semantic search, vector embeddings, and multi-agent workflows with LangChain and LangGraph. I like problems that span the whole stack, where the database schema, the API contract, and the prompt all have to agree for the thing to work.
Earlier, as a Senior Core Member at CodeChef–VIT, I ran technical sessions on Git and Flutter that reached 150+ live participants and 900+ recorded viewers — teaching turned out to be the fastest way to learn things properly myself.
Full-Stack Developer
Led technical training on Git/GitHub and Flutter — 150+ live participants, 900+ recorded viewers.
Led a 40-member team running 10 technical events — 7 new initiatives — plus a Play Store app.
Small Language Model
A GPT-style language model built from scratch in PyTorch — transformer blocks, causal self-attention, and custom token embeddings — with an end-to-end pipeline covering tokenization, memory-mapped batching, mixed-precision training, and cosine LR scheduling. Trained and evaluated on TinyStories.
SQLInspector
Django middleware that captures and analyzes SQL queries in real time — surfacing the efficiency of database operations and exposing exactly how the ORM talks to the database.
StudyBuddy
A collaborative group-study and resource-sharing app: REST integration via Retrofit, dynamic lists with RecyclerView, and QR-based session and group management using ZXing.
Sciber Fiesta 2019
An event-management app for an inter-school fest — team creation and event flow handled end to end, independently developed and published on the Google Play Store.
Open to new opportunities and interesting problems — full-stack work, applied AI, or anything in between.
